Purchased from Not on the High Street and was not what I expected - was unopened and I asked to return and was told outside of returns policy - nowhere on the product listing did it say this - very poor customer service.

Very easy to use website & the order was shipped promptly.
It was a gift and the recipient is very happy and will soon be placing an order of their own.

I ordered 2 gift sets as alternate gifts. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I emailed spicentice for a query and their response was almost instant and in one reply my queries dealt with. There customer service is 2nd to none and I will 100% refer friend and family and will also most definitely return myself. 5 star company.

These spice kits are delicious, I have tried lots but have settle on this company. It’s hard to have a favourite, as there is not one I have found I don’t like.
I ordered with a free gift which didn’t come up on my order. Sent an email, received a response almost immediately. Problem solved. Excellent customer service, excellent product. You can’t go wrong

The advertising makes it look like you get a "meal kit" - like all the other meal kits out there that would include the things you need to make a meal!
NOPE - it says "throw in a few fresh ingredients" - it means ALL other ingredients. All you get is a small packet of spices you have have to buy all the meat/veg/rice/breads etc etc RIP OFF. Buy the spices yourself one off and youll have enough for 20+ meals for about 20p a go

I’d heard about Spicentice on Instagram and fancied trying some of their meal kits. I’ve now ordered from them twice and haven’t been disappointed.
There’s a great variety of kits & rubs available, there’s something to suit everyone.
The kits are easy to follow and can be adapted to follow healthy meal plans. They’re full of flavour and a reasonable price.
I find kits like this handy to have in the cupboards to give you ideas on what to eat for the week.

This is a scam. They market "meal kits", but then send you just a tiny packet of spices, worth a fraction of the "postage and packing" charge. Am contacting my credit card company to get the charge reversed, and am reporting them to the Trading Standards Office - if you've ordered from them, please do the same.

I've ordered the Vindaloo and Phall extreme heat spice pack. Instructions and ingredients extremely clear and simple to do.

To build up i have tried the Vindaloo first - i like hot curries so this is not for those who eat mild curries. It was certainly hot but not unbearable and added bonus, really really tasty too.

I would thoroughly recommend this for those who like their spicy curries far better than anything in supermarkets. Top product

I have ordered these little spice kits for years which obviously speaks volumes!!
I have yet to find a better starting point to making a first rate curry. If you find you need a hotter curry just add more chilli simple, but for most in our family we find the heat element spot on.
Check out the reintroduced chilli con carne …..excellent!

So I bought the 3 pack of "world's hottest" curries.

Positives:

Nicely presented little box, would make a good stocking filler.
Curries are tasty and recipes are easy to follow.

Negatives:

All the curries taste very similar and use the same additional ingredients and recipe.
Even the supposed hottest one is nowhere even approaching hot. Just adding a few birds eye chillies to it doubled the heat level.
Essentially it's just 3 packets of spice mix, not very good value for money.
The delivery took over a week.

As a curry lover i decided to try the World's Hottest Curry challenge gift box , You get three curries kits, Vindaloo, Phaal and Carolina Reaper Chilli, The kit comes with very easy instructions and is very easy to make.
I was very (VERY) impressed with them, So tasty just like a curry from a Indian restaurant but hotter!

I would highly recommend this to any spicy lovers and i will be ordering again very soon.

Disingenuous to describe as a meal kit
Think this is a disingenuous as a meal kit. As other spice kits we have had give the mixes for mains, and sides. Even paying for just postage through a loyalty offer was too expensive. I'd love my money back but suspect not possible. The marketing is way too heavy, I had a number of emails saying buy more or recommended us and the products hadn't even turned up !

Good for adults but useless for families. I'm using my 5th sachet and yet again its got added chilli/heat. Why? It's a paella?! Even the 12 year old said it's too hot when he has a pretty good palate for heat. They are all hot making it impossible for my 4 year old to eat with us again, as a result.

This company changed my life in lockdown. These kits were delivered as indicated by the company. They were described and looked exactly how I ordered them. They were very easy to use and were very tasty. I cooked these meal kits for my family of four. In fact it was a great way to get my kids to cook and introduce them to world flavours! I found the kits great value for money. The company dealt with my query over a curry kit expeditiously. I would highly recommend this company's fabulous products.
